Job summary

PT Amman Mineral Nusa Tenggara is seeking an experienced Internal Communications Specialist to design and execute plans that support business priorities, employee engagement, and culture.

You will craft materials across articles, newsletters, emails, posters, videos; manage intranet and engagement tools; collaborate with stakeholders across functions to translate complex topics into clear messages; monitor impact and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in internal communication, employee engagement, or corporate communications.
• Proven ability to develop content and run campaigns across channels.
• Strong writing and storytelling for diverse employee audiences.

Responsibilities

Job description

• Develop and execute internal communication plans, campaigns, and content that support business priorities, employee engagement, and organizational culture.
• Create compelling communication materials, including articles, newsletters, emails, posters, presentations, videos, speeches, and key messages for internal audiences.
• Manage and optimize internal communication channels, including intranet platforms, employee engagement applications, email communications, and other digital and printed media.
• Support employee engagement programs, culture initiatives, leadership communications, town halls, and internal events.
• Partner with stakeholders across the business to gather information and translate complex operational or technical topics into clear, engaging, and audience-focused communications.
• Ensure consistency of messaging, tone of voice, branding, and visual identity across all internal communication materials.
• Monitor communication effectiveness and employee engagement metrics, and recommend improvements to maximize communication impact.
• Support internal communication administration, including coordination with vendors, management of communication materials, merchandise inventories, contracts, and invoices.
• Identify innovative communication approaches, tools, and best practices to improve employee reach, understanding, and engagement.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate, and effective communication delivery.
• Other duties as assigned.

What skills and experience do you need?

• Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing Communication, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Internal Communication, Employee Engagement, Corporate Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, Communication Agency, or a related field.
• Proven experience developing communication content and managing communication campaigns across multiple channels.
• Strong writing, editing, storytelling, and content development skills for diverse employee audiences.
• Experience managing digital communication platforms, intranet sites, employee engagement tools, and social communication channels.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different functions and organizational levels.
• Ability to simplify complex information and transform it into clear, engaging, and actionable communications.
• Experience in employee engagement, culture-building initiatives, or change communication is highly desirable.
• Strong planning, project coordination, and event support capabilities; Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects within tight deadlines; Creative, proactive, and highly collaborative with a passion for employee engagement and effective communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with communication, content creation, graphic design, video editing, or digital content tools is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
