Job summary

PT. Jotun Indonesia is seeking a Communication Specialist to plan and execute integrated communications across mass media and digital platforms, aligning with corporate identity and strategic priorities.

The role reports to the Head of Marketing and is based in Jabodetabek/Bekasi region. The ideal candidate will develop content for press releases, presentations, and social media, manage campaigns, events, and PR activities, and coordinate with external agencies to ensure high-quality, on-brand

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's in communications, journalism, public relations, or related field.
At least two years in communications strategy development.
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

Plan and implement integrated communication programs across mass media and digital platforms.
Produce content for press releases, publications, websites, videos, and social media.
Manage digital platforms, campaigns, and brand-aligned messaging.
Plan and manage events, branding, sponsorships, and PR activities.
Coordinate external agencies to ensure quality and brand consistency.
