Responsibilities

• Support the execution of internal communication strategies to strengthen employee engagement and company culture.
• Manage and maintain internal communication channels (newsletters, newsletters, portals, emails, town halls, intranet, and other media).
• Develop engaging communication content such as company news, announcements, and internal campaigns.
• Support planning and implementation of internal events, including town halls and corporate campaigns.

Qualification :

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in corporate communication, internal communication, employee relations, or event management.
• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong logical and analytical thinking skills.
• Proficient in using design and productivity tools such as Canva and Microsoft Office 365.
