Johnson Controls is seeking a Sr. Engineer for field service across Southeast Asia. You will perform service, maintenance, commissioning, and audits on industrial refrigeration equipment, while ensuring safety standards and high-quality reporting. Travel across the region and mentoring responsibilities are included.

Formación

• Industrial & Process Refrigeration products and systems knowledge.
• Screw, Centrifugal and Reciprocating compressor knowledge; PLC and microprocessor controls knowledge; ASHRAE standards; Refrigerants Health & Safety.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out service, maintenance, commissioning, overhaul, troubleshooting, installation, warranty repair on Refrigeration equipment.
• Write detailed plant audit reports with observations and recommendations.
• Travel throughout South East Asia and other regions to service customers.
• Maintain safety and quality standards; minimize call-backs and warranty costs.
• Supervise subcontractors and mentor FLSP team.
• Build long-term customer relationships to drive growth.
