Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze performance of hydroelectric equipment including turbines, generators, and controls.
• Perform inspections, diagnostics, and troubleshooting to resolve issues.
• Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure asset reliability.
• Assist in planning upgrades, modifications, and capital projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
