Job summary

PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero) is seeking a seasoned Geothermal Power Plant Operations Manager to oversee the safe, reliable operation of facilities in the Surabaya region. You will lead day-to-day plant activities, optimize performance, and drive operational excellence in a hybrid on-site and remote planning model.

You will manage engineers and technicians, develop maintenance schedules and safety protocols, monitor performance data, and ensure compliance with environmental and safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in power plant operations, with at least 3 years in a management role.
• Demonstrated experience with power plant control systems and safety management.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance in the energy industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the daily operations of geothermal power generation facilities to ensure maximum efficiency and output.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, maintenance schedules, and safety protocols.
• Supervise and mentor plant operators, technicians, and engineers, promoting a high-performance team environment.
• Monitor plant performance data, troubleshoot operational issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, safety standards, and company policies for power plant operations.
