Job summary

Saipem is seeking an experienced HVAC Specialist/Superintendent to lead commissioning, start-up and maintenance of HVAC systems on challenging oil and gas projects in Indonesia. You will drive safety, supervise technicians and vendors, and ensure adherence to PTW and CMMS processes.

With 5+ years of solid experience, you will contribute to competency development and ensure high standards while coordinating across teams and contractors at site.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in HVAC.
• At least 5 years’ experience as HVAC Specialist/Superintendent in oil and gas.
• Experience with onshore/offshore projects and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead commissioning, start-up and maintenance of HVAC equipment per project docs.
• Ensure HSE compliance and safe PTW processes.
• Coordinate and supervise team members and vendors.
• Record test results and maintain reports in CMMS.
• Identify and mitigate hazards and integrity gaps.
• Plan and execute maintenance operations and logistics.
• Support competency development and nationalization efforts.
