Job summary

Johnson Controls Indonesia seeks an experienced Service Technician to perform maintenance, installation, testing and commissioning of HVAC systems at client sites. You will diagnose electrical and mechanical issues, service both water cooled and air cooled chillers, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

The role requires a high school diploma, 5+ years of commercial and data center HVAC experience, and strong diagnostic skills.

Qualifications

High school diploma or suitable equivalent.
min 5+ year commercial and Data Center HVAC experience.
Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating.
Proficient electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills.
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Perform basic preventative maintenance, repair, installation, commissioning, and general servicing activities.
Communicate with customers to understand and meet needs; coordinate with service teams and subcontractors.
Inspect HVAC systems for effectiveness and safety.
Work with Water Cooled and Air Cooled Chillers; ensure proper testing and documentation.
Provide solutions to improve facility efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Travel to customer sites to install, test, and commission equipment; perform troubleshooting and warranty services.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
Maintain inventory of HVAC equipment and resources and submit timely service reports.
