Zusammenfassung

PT CTCI International Indonesia is seeking a Senior HVAC Design Engineer to lead and support design activities for commercial and industrial projects. You will collaborate with the HVAC Lead Engineer to align project objectives, scope, and deliverables while ensuring compliance with codes and client requirements.

You will review requirements, perform load analyses, duct sizing, equipment selection, and prepare drawings and P&ID, D&ID, and HVAC layouts.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or HVAC engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering consultant, EPC contractor, or HVAC vendor.
• Experience in bidding, procurement support, and project execution is an advantage.
• Experience in FEED is an advantage.
• Experience in industrial facilities, power plants, petrochemical, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or high-tech facility projects is an advantage.
• Good understanding of HVAC engineering principles, design methodologies, and industry best practices.
• Ability to perform HVAC cooling and heating load calculations, pressure drop calculations, duct sizing, equipment sizing and selection, and psychrometric analysis.
• Ability to prepare and review Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID), Airflow Diagrams, Ducting Instrumentation Diagrams (D&ID), HVAC layouts, and other engineering drawings.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with HVAC Lead Engineer to align project objectives and deliverables.
• Review project requirements, codes, specifications, and quantities; participate in design reviews and QA.
• Support planning and execution by monitoring design activities and ensuring timely deliverables.
• Design HVAC systems for commercial and industrial projects, including ducting, chilled water, and control systems.
• Prepare and review engineering deliverables such as P&ID, D&ID, layouts, equipment schedules.
• Perform load analyses, pressure drop, duct sizing, and equipment sizing.
• Assist in procurement support, MTO, bid evaluations, and technical responses.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve interface issues.
• Provide site engineering support during procurement, construction, pre-commissioning, and commissioning.
• Identify technical risks and drive corrective actions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and develop work instructions.
