Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an Health, Safety and Environment Engineer in Indonesia to supervise a team responsible for developing and implementing HSE programs for clients. The role sits within the Environment Health and Safety function, focusing on safeguarding employees and communities.

You will manage programs, monitor performance, and provide SME support while aligning with regulatory requirements and CBRE RISE values.

Qualifications

5+ years of job-related experience or equivalent.
Previous shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.
In-depth understanding of processes, procedures and concepts within own job function.
Ability to explain complex concepts or sensitive information.
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent organizational skills with a master-level inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

Assist in managing HSE programs and initiatives to meet regulatory requirements and client needs.
Evaluate new and existing programs to assess suitability and the need for changes.
Support the process for monitoring injury, illness, and incident-related performance.
Act as a resource to staff and internal customers as the subject matter expert.
Oversee plans, playbooks, and procedures ensuring they are current and effectively implemented.
Identify opportunities to reduce costs while enhancing the quality of services and respond to concerns.
