Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or related discipline.
• Master's Degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Consumer & Retail leadership to align people strategies with business priorities.
• Advise senior leaders on workforce, organizational and leadership matters.
• Drive organizational effectiveness, workforce planning and productivity initiatives.
• Lead transformation programs and change management to support growth and readiness.
• Foster strong employee relations and ensure compliance with labor laws and policies.
