Job summary

Lamudi Indonesia is seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to lead our people strategy across acquisition, experience, and operations. This hands-on role requires building scalable HR programs, partnering with leaders, and delivering practical HR solutions in a fast-growing proptech environment.

You will manage Talent Acquisition, onboarding, performance processes, payroll compliance, and employee relations while shaping a strong culture and aligning HR with business goals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Human Resources.
• Minimum 2 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in talent acquisition and multiple HR disciplines.
• Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree preferred.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Startup or high-growth experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Talent Acquisition team to attract top talent.
• Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle.
• Guide performance review cycles and coaching for managers.
• Partner with leaders to address engagement and capability gaps.
• Design and implement scalable HR programs and policies.
• Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with labor laws.
• Maintain accurate HR records and support audits.
