Job summary

PT Langgeng Dunia Selaras invites an Architect to join on a contract basis in South Jakarta. The role is to translate conceptual designs into practical, aesthetically pleasing, and structurally sound built environments, collaborating with a dynamic team of design professionals.

You will develop architectural and landscape concepts, prepare technical drawings and specifications, ensure compliance with local codes, and communicate with clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Professional qualification in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or related field.
• Valid architectural license or Indonesian certification.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in architectural design or landscape architecture.
• Strong proficiency in CAD software, BIM tools, and design visualization programs.
• Knowledge of building codes, planning regulations, and sustainable design.
• Portfolio showcasing completed architectural or landscape design projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to work in multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs and conceptual drawings for landscape and built environment projects.
• Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies to inform design decisions.
• Liaise with clients to understand project requirements and preferences.
• Collaborate with landscape architects, engineers, and design professionals for integrated delivery.
• Review compliance with local building codes and environmental standards.
• Provide design consultation throughout the project lifecycle.
