Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim in Indonesia is seeking an experienced Design Management professional to oversee the full-cycle design of a data center campus, coordinating architecture, structure, electrical and HVAC disciplines.

You will lead external design teams, manage design briefs, review drawings, ensure quality, and liaise with owners and authorities to obtain permits, while applying industry standards to projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Structural, Electrical, Mechanical (HVAC) or related disciplines.
• Proficient English as a working language (both spoken and written).
• Cross-disciplinary coordination skills and ability to review multi-discipline drawings.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle design process for the data center campus, coordinating disciplines including architecture, structure, electrical and mechanical (HVAC).
• Manage external design consultant teams, including design briefs, scheme comparison, drawing review, and control of design quality, schedule and cost.
• Organize cross-disciplinary design coordination and reviews, resolving interface issues between design and construction to ensure smooth implementation.
• Liaise with owners, government approval authorities, contractors and suppliers to facilitate permitting and design-related approvals.
• Stay updated on industry standards and technology evolution (e.g. Uptime, TIA-942, ASHRAE, SNI) and apply new standards and technologies to projects.
• Support design-related procurement, contract management and on-site technical support.
• Report design progress regularly, identify and escalation design risks, and propose solutions.
