Job summary

PT Rekeningku Dotcom Indonesia is seeking a talented Senior Backend Developer to join our Technology team. You will design, implement, and optimize high-throughput systems for our crypto exchange platform, and mentor junior engineers.

The role requires 5+ years in backend development, Go proficiency, Linux, cloud infrastructure (AWS or Google Cloud), and experience with message brokers and trading risk systems. Strong English and Bahasa Indonesia communication are expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend development experience.
• Crypto industry experience a plus.
• Strong proficiency in Go and concurrent programming.
• Experience with Linux and cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP).
• Familiarity with Kafka and RocketMQ, gRPC and Protobuf.
• Understanding of exchange microstructure and risk management systems.
• Knowledge of crypto derivatives trading concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize high-throughput, low-latency systems for crypto exchange.
• Develop client balance management, exposure monitoring, and asset allocation solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Create and maintain internal communication protocols between exchange components.
• Implement and refine risk management engines and liquidation models.
• Develop monitoring systems for the exchange infrastructure.
• Participate in full software development lifecycle from design to prod deployment.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Contribute to ongoing process and best-practice improvements.
