Job summary

Worley invites an experienced Geotechnical Field Investigations Manager to join our Jakarta-based team. You will lead planning, mobilisation and day-to-day delivery of geotechnical field programs, coordinating drilling contractors, field crews and lab services to ensure timely, safe and accurate data collection.

Candidates should have a relevant degree and 12+ years of hands-on field experience, with a track record in managing large campaigns and communicating clearly with engineers and project

Qualifications

• Degree in Geotechnical/Civil Engineering or related field.
• 12+ years of professional geotechnical field experience.
• Experience coordinating field campaigns with drilling contractors.
• Knowledge of soil/rock drilling, borehole logging and sampling.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, mobilisation and day-to-day delivery of geotechnical field programs.
• Coordinate drilling contractors, field teams and lab services.
• Ensure data quality and traceability of field records.
• Monitor safety and field-work compliance with procedures.
• Provide liaison between investigation contractors and project stakeholders.
