Job summary

PT Green City Traffic is hiring a senior software leader to drive hands-on development and scalable architecture for our AI-focused platform. You will mentor a 14+ engineering team across Product, BE, FE, Flutter, and QA, while prioritizing work, planning resources, and delivering milestones with strong CI/CD and automated testing.

Applicants should have 5–8 years of software engineering, 3+ years leading teams, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
• 5–8 years of hands-on software engineering experience, with 3+ years leading teams.
• Proven ability to code, design system architecture, and deliver projects end-to-end.
• Tech stack mastery: Java, Go, Node.js, Flutter, MySQL, Redis, Linux, Docker, Cloud, and Microservices.
• Active experience with AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, OpenAI, Gemini, DeepSeek, MCP, AI Agents).
• Experience building or operating large-scale internet platforms (Ride-Hailing, E-commerce, Logistics, Fintech, SaaS).
• Fluent in English; upper-intermediate welcome; immediate or short notice available.

Job description

1. 1. Hands-on coding, architectural design, system construction, and technical execution across Full Stack applications.
2. 2. Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing engineering team (14+ engineers across Product, BE, FE, Flutter, QA).
3. 3. Drive project prioritization, technical resource planning, release management, and ensure timely delivery of engineering milestones.
4. 4. Champion the adoption of AI-assisted software development and coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) to maximize team productivity and reduce defects.
5. 5. Define and construct scalable software architecture, implementing robust Code Reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing workflows.
6. 6. Transform the current engineering setup into a highly efficient, AI-native development organization.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. 1. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related disciplines.
2. 2. Minimum 5–8 years of solid, hands-on software engineering experience, with at least 3+ years leading/managing engineering teams and projects.
3. 3. Proven ability to code, design system architecture, and manage end-to-end technical project delivery.
4. 4. Tech Stack Mastery: Java, Go, Node.js, Flutter, MySQL, Redis, Linux, Docker, Cloud Deployment, and Microservices.
5. 5. Active experience integrating and utilizing AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, OpenAI API, Gemini, DeepSeek, MCP, AI Agents) directly in development workflows.
6. 6. Mandatory experience building or operating large-scale internet platforms (Ride-Hailing, E-commerce, Logistics, Fintech, Payment, or SaaS).
7. 7. Fluent in English; Upper-Intermediate level is highly welcome to apply.
8. 8. Preferably available to join immediately or within a short notice period.
9. 9. Willing to work Monday–Friday (09:00–18:00) and Saturday half-day (09:00–13:00).

Highly Desirable (Big Plus):

1. 1. Hands-on experience in complex system architecture transitions (e.g., Java to Go migration).
2. 2. Advanced expertise in transforming traditional engineering workflows into AI-native environments.
3. 3. Strong background in project management, technical decision-making, and cross-functional leadership.
