Job summary

Personnel Search Services Group seeks a Lead - FP&A (DGM/GM) to head FP&A and business finance for major Indonesian brands. You will own the P&L, plan and forecast, and deliver MIS, commercial analytics, and business partnering with the CFO Indonesia.

You will drive annual budgeting, scenario analysis, and performance reviews, partnering with Operations to optimize margins and drive strategic initiatives across dine-in and delivery channels.

Qualifications

• CA or Master's in Finance.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience in FP&A, Business Finance, or Commercial Finance.
• 3+ years of people-management experience.
• Proven leadership with cross-functional influence and executive reporting.
• Fluent English; Bahasa Indonesia preferred or quick learner.

Responsibilities

• Own P&L management and lead performance reviews.
• Analyse actual vs budget, forecast, and prior year performance.
• Partner with Operations on store-level sales, COGS, labour, and costs.
• Lead annual budget, strategic planning, and rolling forecasts.
• Develop MIS and dashboards using SAP, Tableau, Excel; enable AI/automation.
