Job summary

PT PERSOL RECRUITMENT INDONESIA is seeking a Formulation Manager for our pharmaceutical operations in Cikarang. You will lead formulation development from concept to commercialization, ensuring robust scale-up and technology transfer to manufacturing.

You will collaborate with Analytical Development, Production, Quality, and Regulatory teams, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with CPOB/GMP throughout product development. Prior managerial experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Professional Pharmacist (Apoteker) with minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical formulation development.
• Strong expertise in formulation development, scale-up, process validation, and technology transfer.
• Excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience at managerial level or +7 years as senior scientist formulator is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead formulation development and optimization for new pharmaceutical products from concept to commercialization.
• Oversee formulation trials, scale-up activities, and technology transfer to manufacturing.
• Collaborate with Analytical Development, Production, Quality, and Regulatory teams.
• Ensure compliance with CPOB/GMP and regulatory requirements throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Lead and develop the Formulation Development team while driving innovation and continuous improvement.
