Job summary

Traveloka is seeking an execution-focused Technical Product Manager to join our Flight System Integration team. You will oversee day-to-day development and maintenance of API connections with suppliers, ensuring they are optimized for performance and accuracy and powering the travel platform for millions of customers.

Collaborating with engineering, you will define detailed technical requirements, act as SME for API connectivity (XML/JSON), monitor KPIs like latency and success rates, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years in technical product management or engineering-heavy roles.
• Hands-on debugging of XML/JSON transactions and solid understanding of RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with Flight API ecosystem (GDS, NDC, PSS) is a plus.
• Strong Agile and Scrum knowledge.
• Data-driven decision-making with focus on optimizing system metrics and performance.
• Excellent interpersonal skills bridging business needs and technical implementation.
