Qualifications

• 8-10+ years backend engineering experience.
• Proven track record leading complex technical initiatives across multiple teams.

• Deep experience with distributed systems and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
• FinTech, Payments, or Trading Platforms experience is a plus.
