Job summary

PT Putragaya Wahana is seeking a Finance & Accounting Senior Staff in Jakarta to oversee daily accounting operations, ensure accurate financial records, and support financial reporting and compliance with tax regulations. You will assist audits, budgeting, and financial analysis to aid management decisions.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and 3–5 years of relevant experience, with proficiency in accounting software and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and well-organized.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review journal entries, general ledger, and account reconciliations.
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
• Prepare financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
• Monitor and analyze financial data to identify discrepancies or variances.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Monitor cash flow, bank reconciliations, and petty cash.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
• Assist in cost control and expense monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and company policies.
• Maintain proper documentation of financial records.
• Support improvements in accounting processes and systems.
• Provide guidance and support to junior finance/accounting staff.
