Job summary

Solid Indonesia – Galang Batang, Bintan is a fast-growing group seeking a Finance leader to drive FP&A, budgeting and strategic financial planning. You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver business insights and robust financial analyses in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

The role requires 10–15 years in Finance & Accounting, with proven FP&A or Finance Controller experience, and professional credentials such as CPA/CA/CMA/CFA or equivalent are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field from a reputable university.
• Professional certification in Finance & Accounting (CPA/CA/ACCA/CMA/CFA or equivalent) is advantageous.
• 10–15 years of experience in Finance & Accounting with proven FP&A or Finance Controller exposure.
• Strong skills in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, ROI/IRR analysis, and business insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Support strategic decision‑making and provide insights to management.
• Oversee investment evaluation, project‑based financial analysis, and cost optimization.
• Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards, taxation, and internal controls.
