Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related quantitative discipline.
• 8–10 years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, or management reporting experience.
• Strong FMCG, Food & Beverage, manufacturing, or high‑volume consumer business background.
• Senior‑level, hands‑on FP&A with budgeting, forecasting, modeling and reporting responsibilities.
• Strong experience building complex financial models and planning frameworks.
• Ability to consolidate data across multiple units, entities, or locations.
• Proven management reporting, dashboards, and executive reporting proficiency.
• Experience supporting multinational or regional organizations is highly preferred.
• Fluent business English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual operating plan (AOP), budgeting, long‑term planning, and rolling forecasts for multiple units.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, scenario analysis, and strategic decision‑making.
• Standardize data structures, logic, and consolidation across business units and entities.
• Consolidate data from manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and commercial channels into management reports.
• Prepare monthly MD&A, dashboards, and executive reports for senior leadership.
• Analyze budget vs. actuals and identify key variances.
• Monitor OpEx, CapEx, material, and logistics costs against budgets.
• Develop cost‑control initiatives to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Coordinate planning/reporting with regional/global units and HQ.
• Ensure consistency of reporting standards and performance indicators.
• Run ROI analyses and scenario planning for major investments.
• Support factory expansion and capital investments with financial evaluation.
• Provide insights to senior management for strategic decisions and capital allocation.
• Lead and mentor FP&A team and ensure data governance.
