Funding Societies | Modalku, a leading SME digital finance platform, seeks a Senior Finance Manager in Jakarta to own controllership across P2P, BS Lending and multi-finance units. You will lead month-end close, ensure PSAK/IFRS compliance, coordinate tax submissions and regulatory filings, and manage audits with external parties.

The role requires in-depth knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards, IFRS, and robust leadership to drive accuracy and regulatory readiness in a fast-paced fintech

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA/ACCA preferred.
• Hands-on Indonesian statutory reporting, OJK submissions, and tax compliance experience.
• Strong PSAK (Indonesian GAAP) and IFRS knowledge; financial services exposure preferred.
• IFRS 9 ECL provisioning experience is a plus for lending/finance businesses.
• Experience in month-end close, reconciliations, and group consolidation.
• Proven track record with external auditors and regulatory bodies.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end month-end close process, supervise daily transactions, and sign off on P&L and balance sheet.
• Ensure balance sheet accounts are fully reconciled with schedules.
• Maintain records in PSAK, IFRS, and group standards.
• Produce monthly reports and reconcile to core lending system.
• Partner with FP&A on variance analysis and reporting.
• Support group consolidation and audits across entities.
