Job summary

Funding Societies | Modalku, the leading SME digital finance platform in SE Asia, is seeking an Finance Accounting Associate Supervisor in Indonesia. You will supervise the accounting team, manage month-end closings, ensure PSAK/IFRS compliance, and coordinate with FP&A, Tax, and Treasury to deliver accurate financial reporting.

You will lead regulatory submissions, support audits, and drive process improvements while maintaining strong internal controls in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of accounting/finance experience.
• Hands-on experience in full-set accounting and month-end closing.
• Experience in financial services, fintech, P2P lending, or regulated industries preferred.
• Familiar with OJK regulations and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting activities and ensure timely, accurate entries.
• Coordinate monthly closing processes and deliverables.
• Review journals, accruals, adjustments, and supporting docs.
• Reconcile Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet accounts and investigate discrepancies.
• Support OJK regulatory reporting and audit processes.
• Identify process improvements and support automation efforts.
