Job summary

Fuller Technologies is seeking a seasoned Field Service Engineer (Pyro & Grinding) to lead complex installations, commissioning, and maintenance across heavy industrial cement processes. The role requires strong mechanical and hydraulic expertise, site leadership, and customer-facing problem solving.

You will supervise multi-disciplinary field teams, ensure safe, high-quality delivery, and drive service growth through proactive technical support and optimization during plant shutdowns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in heavy industrial environments (cement sector preferred).
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Proven experience managing plant turnaround/shutdown activities and field alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex installation, commissioning, shutdowns, and optimization projects.
• Direct multi-disciplinary field teams and coordinate site activities.
• Inspect, install, commission, and troubleshoot heavy machinery (Kiln, Coolers, VRMs).
• Develop site reports, MOMs, and customer presentations, ensuring timely invoicing.
