Job summary

Fuller Technologies is seeking a highly experienced Field Service Engineer to lead field installations, commissioning, and optimization across heavy industrial cement processes. You will manage multi-disciplinary teams and serve as a technical advisor on-site, driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

The role requires deep mechanical and hydraulic expertise, with hands-on experience on Kilns, Coolers, and Vertical Roller Mills, plus strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in heavy industrial environments, cement sector preferred.
• Experience with shutdowns, alignment, and commissioning of large equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead field installation, commissioning, shutdowns, and optimization projects.
• Direct and coordinate multi-disciplinary field teams.
• Perform site inspections and advanced troubleshooting on Kiln, Coolers, and VRMs.
• Plan turnkey maintenance projects and SAT activities.
• Prepare technical offers and support sales with field insights.
