Job summary

PT Satria Anugerah Niaga is seeking a seasoned Logistics Supervisor to oversee export-import and domestic/international distribution activities. The role focuses on supervising documentation, coordinating with customs and freight partners, and ensuring timely delivery within budget.

Candidate should have 5–7 years in export/import logistics, 2+ years in a supervisory role, and strong Indonesian customs knowledge. PPJK certification and a robust network are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in export, import and logistics.
• At least 2 years in a Supervisor role.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs processes and latest export-import regulations.
• PPJK (Customs Broker) certification is a must.
• Well-established network within export, import, logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain sectors.

Responsibilities

• Supervise export, import and distribution activities including documentation processes.
• Coordinate with Customs, freight forwarders, shipping lines, trucking companies, and warehouses.
• Ensure on-time delivery within budget standards.
• Develop and implement logistics and shipping cost-efficiency strategies.
• Monitor KPIs such as lead time, shipping budget, and clearance performance.
• Lead export-import & logistics team and evaluate performance.
• Identify delays and operational risks and prepare corrective solutions.
