Job summary

Referensiin_Aja is seeking an experienced ETL Lead in Jakarta to drive legacy migration projects. You will analyze source code, restore logic, and design transformation patterns for large-scale ETL migrations.

The role requires strong leadership to guide engineers and optimize data pipelines for high throughput. Preferred candidates have 5+ years in legacy ETL with Spark or Airflow familiarity and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
5+ years hands-on experience with legacy ETL projects is preferred.
Proficiency in legacy ETL tools and languages (graph, dml, xfr, code analysis).
Ability to design transformation patterns and guide development teams.
Strong knowledge of data architecture, pipelines, and performance tuning.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Lead source code analysis, restore logic, and design transformation patterns for legacy ETL jobs.
Design and guide implementation of migration solutions and patterns.
Review outputs and provide technical guidance to ETL Engineers.
Architect high-throughput data pipelines with performance tuning.
Drive end-to-end migration architecture for large ETL projects.
