Job summary

PT. TPINC TRADING JAKARTA seeks a Senior ESG specialist to lead social compliance and sustainability initiatives within the garment sector. The role centers on factory audits, policy development, and cross‑functional ESG deployment across operations from Wonogiri, Central Java.

The candidate will collect ESG data, prepare HQ reports, and support training programs for factories; frequent travel is expected, with an initial induction potentially in Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience in social compliance & sustainability, including at least 3 years of experience in the garment industry.
• Fluent in English.
• Proven experience in handling social compliance audits (Better Work, SLCP, WRAP, buyer audits).
• Strong presentation material creation and presentation skills.
• Willing to travel frequently for business purposes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular internal audits of factories.
• Draft, review and revise internal policies and procedures.
• Manage internal ESG implementation across operations.
• Collect ESG related data, review and report to HQ.
• Conduct regular training to the factories.

Position : Senior Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG)

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience in social compliance & sustainability, including at least 3 years of experience in the garment industry

Fluent in English (is a must)

Proven experience in handling social compliance audits, such as Better Work, SLCP, WRAP, and buyer audits

Strong critical thinking and analytical skills

Able to create effective presentation materials and demonstrate strong presentation skills

Willing to travel frequently for business purposes

Office location: Wonogiri, Central Java. (3-6 monts induction period in Jakarta office if needed)
