Job summary

PT Citra Tubindo Tbk in Batam seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to plan, supervise and optimize maintenance across Threading, Coupling and PROT lines. You will lead a team of technicians, ensure reliability of equipment, and drive safety and continuous improvement in a fast-paced oilfield environment.

The role requires a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and at least 2 years' supervisory experience in manufacturing, with OCTG familiarity preferred.

Qualifications

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering required.
Minimum 2 years' experience as Maintenance Supervisor in manufacturing.
Experience in OCTG industry preferred.
Proficient in AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor.
Good understanding of electrical and control systems.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate and supervise machine repair, preventive maintenance, and equipment modifications in Threading area.
Lead troubleshooting and repair for equipment breakdowns to support production targets.
Monitor spare parts availability and cost efficiency.
Provide technical guidance to technicians during maintenance activities.
Assist in planning major repairs, overhauls and equipment modifications.
Conduct maintenance training and competency development for the team.
Ensure preventive maintenance is executed per schedule and checklists.
Support other areas (Pipe Shop, HT) when required.
