Job summary

OBAYASHI-WIJAYA KARYA-JFE ENGINEERING-JAYA KONSTRUKSI JOINT VENTURE is seeking a Contract Administrator for an EPC sewage treatment development project in West Jakarta. You will manage contractual and commercial aspects, review Main Contracts and Subcontracts, and support cost, schedule, and risk control to protect the contractor's rights.

The role requires excellent English, at least 10 years in relevant contracts, with 7 years in contract administration, and strong knowledge of FIDIC MDB

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• 10 years total relevant experience; at least 7 years in Contract Administration/Contract Engineer.
• Fluent English written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC MDB Harmonized Edition and international procurement.
• Experience with EPC projects in M&E works.
• Familiarity with Indonesian laws.
• Experience with foreign/ODA projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review, interpretation, and administration of the Main Contract or Subcontracts
• Ensure project execution complies with contractual obligations
• Advise Project Manager on contractual matters and risks
• Monitor contractual deliverables, obligations, and deadlines
• Prepare Contract Addenda and Subcontracts
• Assist preparation and submission of Claims (EOT, VOs, Cost)
• Review and certify payment applications submitted by Subcontractors
• Prepare meeting materials and record minutes of meetings
• Supervise Document Controller and Project Administrator
• Handle disputes raised against Main Contract and Subcontracts
