Flextronics - The Flex Company in Batam, Indonesia, seeks a Senior Operations Engineering Manager to lead planning, development, and maintenance of engineering processes for both new and existing products. You will direct engineers, manage budgets, and drive cost-effective, high-quality solutions closely aligned with customer needs.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years of engineering experience with broad-based management and supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field is required or equivalent experience/trainings.
• Master’s or MBA degree preferred for leadership track.

Responsibilities

• Direct the planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of engineering processes for both new and existing products.
• Lead the activities of engineers and staff, including budgeting and cost management.
• Drive engineering strategies to deliver customer requirements and coordinate with executives, suppliers and cross-functional teams.
