Legrand Indonesia is seeking a Project Manager to lead busduct construction projects, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, budget adherence, and compliance with contract, quality, and regulatory requirements. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, PMP or equivalent (advantage), and at least 8 years in electrical construction with 3–5 years in project management.

The Project Manager is responsible for the successful busduct construction projects. The role ensures projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contractual, quality, and regulatory requirements.
Lead and manage busduct construction projects from initiation to completion
Develop project execution plans, schedules, and resource plans
Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to achieve project milestones
Manage project risks and resolve technical and commercial issues
Prepare and monitor project budgets and cost forecasts
Track project profitability and cash flow
Manage change orders, variations, and contractual claims
Review subcontractor and supplier payment applications
Ensure effective cost control throughout the project lifecycle
Review electrical drawings, specifications, and technical submittals
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
Professional Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent) is an advantage
Minimum 8 years of experience in electrical construction, with at least 3–5 years in project management
Experience managing commercial, industrial, data center, infrastructure, or large building electrical projects
Strong project planning and organizational skills
Commercial and financial acumen
Leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
