Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking an experienced Electrical Technician to join their manufacturing team. The role requires a minimum of a D3/D4/S1 in Electrical Engineering or related fields and at least 5 years of hands-on experience in an industrial setting.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong PLC troubleshooting across Omron, Siemens, Mitsubishi, and Beckhoff, with the ability to design control circuits, program PLCs, and oversee wiring, installation, testing, and commissioning of machines.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/D4/S1 in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience as an Electrical Technician in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in industrial PLC systems across Omron, Siemens, Mitsubishi, and Beckhoff.
• Able to design electrical control circuits and develop PLC programs.
• Wiring, installation, testing, commissioning and machine activation.
• Familiar with safety, LOTO procedures and documenting electrical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Design new electrical control circuits and PLC programs.
• Perform wiring, installation, and testing of electrical systems.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, and start-up of machines.
• Troubleshoot and maintain motors, VFDs, servo systems, sensors and HMI.
• Lead preventive and corrective maintenance and root-cause analysis.
• Provide guidance to junior technicians and coordinate with vendors.

1. Education & Experience: Minimum D3/D4/S1 in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields, with at least 5 years of experience as an Electrical Technician in a manufacturing environment.

2. PLC & Automation: Strong troubleshooting skills in industrial PLC systems, particularly Omron, Siemens, Mitsubishi, and Beckhoff, including program analysis, modification, and fault diagnosis.

3. Electrical Design & Programming: Able to independently design new electrical control circuits, develop PLC programs, perform wiring and installation, and execute testing, commissioning, and machine activation.

4. Industrial Electrical Systems: Proficient in troubleshooting and maintaining electric motors, VFD/inverters, servo systems, sensors, HMI, control panels, and industrial communication networks.

5. Maintenance & Continuous Improvement: Experienced in preventive and corrective maintenance, root cause analysis, downtime reduction, and implementing permanent solutions to recurring electrical and automation problems.

6. Safety, Project Execution & Leadership: Understands electrical safety and LOTO procedures, can read and update electrical drawings and technical documentation, coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams, and provide technical guidance to junior technicians.
