PT Jones and Vining Indonesia is seeking an experienced Electrical Technician to join our manufacturing team. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems, machines, and production equipment, and troubleshoot electrical problems to minimize downtime.
The role requires reading electrical drawings, knowledge of PLC-controlled machines, inverters/VFDs, sensors, and control panels, with willingness to work in shifts and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Key responsibilities
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems, machines, and production equipment.
Troubleshoot electrical problems and identify the root cause of machine breakdowns.
Perform electrical inspection, repair, installation, and wiring of production machines and equipment.
Maintain and troubleshoot control panels, motors, sensors, relays, contactors, and other electrical components.
Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance of PLC-controlled machines.
Check and troubleshoot Inverter/VFD systems and motor control circuits.
Perform inspection and troubleshooting of proximity sensors and other industrial sensors.
Respond to machine breakdowns and minimize production downtime.
Conduct routine inspections and record maintenance activities.
Ensure all electrical maintenance activities comply with company safety procedures and K3 standards.
About you
Minimum SMK/D3 in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an Electrical Technician, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Fresh graduates with relevant technical skills are welcome to apply.
Have good knowledge of electrical troubleshooting and industrial electrical systems.
Basic knowledge of PLC and PLC-controlled machines.
Have knowledge of Inverter/VFD and motor control.
Understand electrical control panels, wiring, relays, contactors, and sensors.
Understand basic pneumatic systems.
Able to read and understand electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
Willing to work in shifts.
