PetroSea seeks a Senior Electrical and Instrument Engineer to oversee on-site electrical activities, ensuring safety, quality, and timely project execution. You will plan, supervise, and optimize electrical work according to drawings, specifications, and resource availability.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in electrical/instrument roles within mining contexts, with strong knowledge of SHE requirements and English language skills.

Formación

• 3+ years experience as Electrical and Instrument Engineer.
• Knowledge of mining process industry.
• Fluent English is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, perform, and supervise electrical activities per construction drawings and technical specifications.
• Monitor resources, equipment availability, and budget to meet the construction schedule.
• Maintain and implement SHE programs to ensure risk mitigation and ISO/SMK3 compliance.
• Support safety and quality on site and ensure adherence to procedures.

Job Summary

Monitor and supervise site electrical activities to ensure such activities are conducted in a safe and timely manner conform against quality that optimizes availability in order to support success of project implementation.

Plan, perform, and supervise electrical activities regarding construction drawing and technical specification, and also manpower planning, material supplied, and equipment availability. Electrical activities went smoothly.

Monitor and control the implementation of Electrical plan and manage that all necessary resources are available at site in order to meet the construction schedule through regular construction meetings. All necessary resources are available on site.

Understanding the basics of the project budget, monitor and control the Electrical budget to ensure that costs do not exceed budget. The cost is well-managed.

Initiates, develops and improve the implementation of construction methodology and equipment utilization to improve efficiency. The implementation of construction methodology is successfully developed.

Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome - SHE risk well maintained

• - SHE Management System meets the current ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 & SMKP standards and requirements

Education

Bachelor's Degree of ?Electrical Engineering or engineering is prefered

Skill, Knowledge, and Experience

• Min. 3 years experiences as Electrical and Instrument Engineer
• Have knowledge in mining proces industry
• Creative thinking and ability to manage the work systems
• Good understanding and implementation of electrical and instrument
• Have knowledge of mining operations and knowledge of SHE
• May be required to work flexible hours to meet project requirement
• Fluent in English, bothspoken and written is an advantage

Certification

• If candidates do not meet the requirements specified in the Education section, evaluation shall be conducted in accordance with KKNI Level 6.
