PT LBM ENERGI BARU INDONESIA BATANG in Batang, Central Java, seeks a seasoned Health and Safety Lead to develop and implement programs ensuring regulatory compliance and company standards. You will conduct assessments, manage hazardous waste, investigate incidents, train staff, and maintain records while staying current with evolving regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Environmental Science, OHS, or related field.
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or similar certification.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with safety management software.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience in heavy manufacturing preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement health and safety programs to meet regulatory requirements and company standards
• Conduct regular workplace health and safety assessments and make recommendations for improvement
• Manage the company's hazardous waste program, including collection, storage, transportation, and disposal
• Investigate accidents and incidents, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions
• Provide training and education on health and safety policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate records of all health and safety activities, including training records and accident reports
• Stay up-to-date on changes in health and safety regulations and ensure the company is in compliance
• Lead the company's emergency response team and develop emergency response plans.
