Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Senior Team Lead in Software Engineering/Architecture to drive end-to-end Dynamics 365 BC and F&O projects. You will lead a diverse team of consultants, own architecture decisions for finance and operations, and coordinate multi-project delivery while ensuring quality and on-time results.

The role emphasizes client liaison, strategic delivery standards, and support for pre-sales activities. Indonesia-focused engagement with major enterprise clients is expected.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 with at least 3 years in a lead/team management role.
• Experience with Business Central and Finance and Operations; depth in both preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Dynamics 365 BC and F&O projects, including implementation, upgrades, integration, and managed services.
• Mentor a team of consultants across multiple concurrent projects.
• Own solution architecture decisions for finance, procurement, and operations modules.
• Coordinate requirement gathering, gap-fit analysis, data mapping, SIT/UAT, and go-live cutover activities.
• Interface with client stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Oversee integration work and APIs between D365 and adjacent platforms.
• Manage project risk, scope, resourcing, and escalations; report to delivery leadership.
• Establish and enforce delivery standards, coding/configuration conventions, and documentation practices.
• Support pre-sales activities such as solution scoping and effort estimation.
