9 Dots Consulting in Jakarta seeks an experienced Microsoft D365 Sales Manager to drive new business opportunities and manage the end-to-end sales cycle for Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, including Finance & Operations, Business Central, and Customer Engagement.

The role emphasizes prospecting, qualifying opportunities, building executive relationships, and coordinating with partners, presales, and delivery teams to exceed targets and grow market presence in Southeast Asia.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise solution sales experience, with a strong track record in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or equivalent Tier-1 ERP/CRM solutions.
• Minimum 5 years in senior sales or business development capacity, ideally within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Proven ability to hunt, prospect, and close complex enterprise deals.

Responsibilities

• Own and achieve annual D365 & M365 revenue and gross margin targets.
• Lead the full sales cycle—from prospecting, qualifying, pitching, and solution positioning to proposal management, negotiation, and closure.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new prospects across target industries (manufacturing, retail, services, distribution).
• Develop executive-level relationships with decision makers and influence enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
• Work closely with pre-sales and solution architects to design winning proposals that align with customer needs.
