Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Senior Team Lead, Software Engineering/Architecture to provide direction to developers and engineers, ensuring on-time delivery and quality. You will shape standards, coordinate requirements, and interface with client stakeholders on finance, procurement, and operations solutions.

The role requires deep Dynamics 365 BC/F&O experience, certifications or in-progress credentials, and a strong delivery mindset in a global services context.

Qualifications

8–10 years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 with at least 3 years in a lead/team management role.
Hands-on with Business Central and Finance & Operations; cross-exposure acceptable.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications MB-800, MB-300/310 or equivalent in progress is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, or related field.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of Dynamics 365 BC and F&O projects: implementation, upgrade, integration, and managed services/support.
Mentor a team of functional and technical consultants across multiple projects.
Own solution architecture decisions for finance, procurement, and operations modules.
