Job summary

PT. Tenaga Kanggo Indonesia is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our digital campaigns across channels, optimize ROI, and align with business goals. You'll translate data into actionable strategies and collaborate with design and development teams.

Based in BSD, Tangerang, you will manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms, run end-to-end KOL campaigns, monitor performance, and report insights to stakeholders. Strong analytics and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in digital marketing.
Portfolio of successful digital marketing campaigns.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across channels including Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Monitor, analyze, and report KPIs to improve ROI.
Plan and execute end-to-end KOL campaigns.
Engage with audiences across social media channels.
Collaborate with designers and developers to achieve campaign goals.
