Job summary

PT Inti Mitbana Development in Tangerang (on-site) seeks a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to drive end-to-end content and multi-channel campaigns. You'll coordinate with agencies, manage social content across major platforms, and optimize media plans including Meta/Google ads, SEO, and analytics.

You will also handle CRM integration, website updates via Creata, and influencer/KOL partnerships, reporting to the Marketing Manager. On-site role in Balaraja, Tangerang.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in real estate/property sector.
• Hands-on photography, videography, and video editing skills for social media content.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and Google Analytics to evaluate agency performance.
• Experience managing social media across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and GBP.
• Familiarity with Creata CMS and CRM/leads management platforms.
• Strong communication to manage agencies/vendors, coordinate KOLs, and present reports.
• Drone piloting experience for progress footage is a plus.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Content Creation: produce site progress updates, event highlights, lifestyle and promo content for social media.
• Multi-Channel Distribution & Community Admin: mirror content across IG, TikTok, YouTube; manage daily responses and GBP.
• Agency Management & Media Planning: liaise with agency, allocate ad budgets, evaluate Meta/Google ads and SEO.
• CRM & Vendor Management: coordinate with CRM vendor for leads management system integration.
• Performance Reporting: analyze agency performance and prepare weekly social media reports.
