SIGMATECH in Central Jakarta, Indonesia, is seeking a Marketing Lead with 5+ years of digital marketing experience to join our fintech-focused team. This on-site role is based in the central Jakarta area and requires immediate availability after interview.

You will plan and execute campaigns across Facebook, Google, and TikTok, analyze funnels, optimize activations, and drive data-backed growth initiatives to boost user acquisition and retention.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital marketing, growth hacking, or product activation.
• Experience with CRM and landing page tools.
• Proficient in Facebook/Google/TikTok Ads and analytics.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Focus on increasing active users and ROAS.

Responsibilities

• Growth Strategy Execution: develop and implement data-driven growth strategies.

Work Location: Fintech industry, based on Central Jakarta (Full WFO)

CAN JOIN ASAP (1 Week after passed interview)

Key Responsibilities

• Growth Strategy Execution: Develop and implement data-driven growth strategies to increase user acquisition, activation, and retention.
• Digital Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads) to meet ROI and conversion targets.
• Funnel Optimization: Analyze customer journeys to identify leakages, managing top-to-bottom-of-funnel initiatives to improve conversion rates.
• Product Adoption/Activation: Drive product usage through targeted, engaging digital, CRM, and in-app campaigns.
• Data Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key metrics (KPIs) to evaluate performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: min 5 years in digital marketing, growth hacking, or product activation, preferably with CRM and landing page tools.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital advertising platforms (Facebook/Google/TikTok Ads), analytics tools, and SEO.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret data, conduct A/B testing, and optimize performance.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
• Increasing active users and reducing churn.
• Maximizing Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS).
• Achieving "Aha Moment" for new users (product adoption).
