Job summary

Ikigai io is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our Indonesia team, helping to manage, improve, and scale client infrastructure and data pipelines. You will collaborate with development and data teams to streamline build, deployment, and release processes in a cloud-first environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in DevOps/Automation
• AWS Certified (Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer)
• Advanced AWS skills; experience with other cloud providers valued
• Strong background in containers and container orchestration
• Hands-on experience with Terraform
• CI/CD principles and tooling experience
• Experience building, managing, and maintaining automated data pipelines
• Familiarity with ETL/ELT processes and data transformation
• Experience with Python-based data processing and cloud storage services
• Understanding of data pipeline orchestration, monitoring, troubleshooting
• Independent worker with ownership mindset
• Experience with Kubernetes or SaaS environments
• Experience with AWS data services (Glue, Athena, Kinesis, Redshift)
• Familiarity with Airflow or AWS Step Functions

We help businesses design and optimise their cloud infrastructure through CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automated monitoring, scalable architectures, and reliable data processing solutions.

We're looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our growing team in Indonesia.

You’ll manage, improve, and scale client infrastructure, working closely with development and data teams to streamline build, deployment, and release pipelines. You'll also contribute to building and maintaining automated data pipelines, supporting reliable data processing, and optimising cloud-based data workflows.

• 4+ years of experience as a DevOps or Automation Engineer.
• AWS Certified (Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer).
• Advanced AWS skills; experience with other cloud providers is also valued.
• Strong background in containers and container orchestration.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
