Job summary

ECADIN is seeking a Senior Decarbonization Consultant to drive energy efficiency and sustainable generation in heavy industry. You’ll lead multidisciplinary projects, build a strong client network, and coach junior professionals while reporting to the Netherlands-based manager.

You will work from South Jakarta with local and international teams, apply data analytics to feasibility studies, and shape practical roadmaps that deliver business value and environmental impact.

Qualifications

• Requires a technical university degree and strong analytical and conceptual thinking.
• At least 10 years of experience in the industrial and energy sector with a broad professional network.
• Broad knowledge of industrial energy and process installations and sustainable technologies.
• Sustainability certifications are an advantage.
• Proven track record in building or growing a team or business.
• Strong presentation and reporting skills; independent consultant who can guide others.

Responsibilities

• Operate at the intersection of industry and engineering, working with clients in complex environments.
• Lead multidisciplinary projects and collaborate with technical and commercial teams.
• Deliver feasibility studies and conceptual designs for energy systems and decarbonization.
• Advise stakeholders on energy efficiency, decarbonization, and sustainable generation with business impact.
• Recruit, guide, and coach new team members; manage travel as needed.
• Translate new technology trends into clear roadmaps for short and long term projects.
