Job summary

PT The Nielsen Company Indonesia is seeking a diligent Supervisor for International Data Solutions Operations. You will lead field interview teams, set performance goals, organize workflows, and ensure data quality and timely delivery of insights to clients.

The role requires at least 1 year in field quality control or related recruiting, strong MS Office and data management skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• Education: High School graduate, Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience: Min.1 year in Field Quality Control / Field Officer / recruiters.
• Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office and managing database.

Responsibilities

• Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company's plans and vision and communicate them to interviewers.
• Organize workflow and ensure that interviewers understand their duties or delegated tasks.
• Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
• Need to travel outside the domicile town (if needed).
• Receive complaints and resolve problems.
• Maintain timekeeping and personnel records.
• Pass on information from upper management to interviewers and vice versa.
• Prepare and submit performance reports.
• Hire and train new interviewers.
• Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises.

International Data Solutions Operations ( Audience Measurement is a department that responsible for collecting data from field and data delivery to our client

The supervisor is responsible for monitoring the projects and making sure all projects have been following the right procedures, meet the timelines, and have good quality.
