Primary Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and execution of data collection projects, including timelines, resource allocation, and reporting
• Supervise and guide small field teams, ensuring adherence to project protocols and deadlines
• Use knowledge of the local market to support participant recruitment strategies and optimize outreach
• Monitor data quality, troubleshoot issues, and escalation challenges to senior management when needed
• Coordinate with internal teams (research, operations, project management) to align fieldwork with project goals
• Contribute to training sessions for field staff and provide feedback to improve team performance
• Prepare status updates and project documentation for management review

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Social Sciences, Market Research, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in data collection, field operations, market research, or team coordination
