Job summary

BukuWarung seeks an experienced analytics leader to design and own metrics, dashboards, and models across its four business lines. You will partner with Product, Eng, and Ops to surface insights that drive GTM decisions, capital allocation, and priorities.

You will build self-serve dashboards, enhance data quality, and communicate findings to leadership. You will own portfolio and channel economics analytics, model adoption, and lender/customer analytics, while ensuring accurate, timely

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in analytics with metrics, dashboards, and analyses.
• Fintech/payments marketplace or on-demand at scale.
• Fluent in SQL and Python; proficient with a modern BI/semantic stack.
• Strong unit economics: MDR, CAC payback, LTV/CAC, margin per device/merchant.
• Proven track record replacing manual reporting with automated dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain metrics across Agent/EDC, Retail/BukuPay, Lending/BukuModal, and BaaS/BukuSimpan.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Ops to surface data-driven insights.
• Track portfolio vintage curves, roll rates, delinquency trends, and lending indicators.
• Embed with business teams to turn questions into analytics and dashboards.
• Own weekly GTM review packs and monthly Business-Finance-GTM analyses.
• Turn ad-hoc questions into standing reports and self-serve dashboards.
• Communicate findings to leadership with business context.
• Channel economics: CAC, payback, contribution margin, retention by cohort.
• Experimentation and analysis for product/GTM initiatives.
• Data quality issues flagging and semantic layer development.
